RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you would like to return your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

•⁠  ⁠Unused;
•⁠  ⁠In its original condition;
•⁠  ⁠In its original packaging.

To return an item, please send it directly to the following return address using a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Please include your order number inside the package so we can identify your return correctly.

Return Shipment Notification

Once you have shipped your return, please notify us by email at s.reyes.creativo@gmail.com and attach your proof of shipment (shipping receipt or tracking number, if available).

This notification allows us to identify your return, investigate any shipping issues if necessary, and process your refund without unnecessary delays.

If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 3 business days after sending your return notification, please contact us again to ensure your email has been received.

Please note that we are unable to investigate or process a return until proof of shipment has been provided.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, processing times may vary.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned without being sent to the return address above will not be accepted.
